At Bethel Woods Homestead, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade, small-batch products. Because our items are personal care and wellness products crafted with organic, natural ingredients, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Our Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, all sales are final.
No Returns: We do not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped.
No Exchanges: We are unable to offer exchanges for different scents, sizes, or products.
We encourage you to read the full ingredient lists provided on each product page before purchasing, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you received the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To resolve the issue quickly:

Include your Order Number.
Attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging.
Once verified, we will happily send a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
A Note on Natural Ingredients
Because we use 100% grass-fed tallow and organic oils, textures and scents may vary slightly from batch to batch. Tallow products can also soften or melt in high heat during shipping. If this happens, simply place the jar in a cool spot or the refrigerator to firm back up—this does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.
